Motivation

Hey guys! How's it going?

So, Graham, you said that we could write about anything we want, right? Well, I decided to right about the importance of motivation in the learning process. Hope you like it! ;-)

You know how students nowadays don’t show much interest on school (or anything for that matter…). The thing is, I believe it is not entirely their fault! In my opinion the educational system is so focused on theory and relies so much on the traditional learning program, that it is absolutely out dated… It just doesn’t work! And the result is that children are less motivated to move forward, they have lost all interest and ompletely lost their way. So they wander around trying to figure out who they are and what they want to do whith their lives. The problem is, it’s getting harder and harder for them to find the way. That's why we should be thinking about what we can do to fix this lack of motivation and lack of focus, in order to help the children and all society. Don't you agree?

please let me know what you thought about term 2, and what you would like to do in term 3.

in term 2 we did a lot of speaking and vocabulary ( and writing for homework).

in term 3 we could do more on grammar and reading ? or we could do a film ? lots of good language ? let me know...

HOMEWORK

Podomatic

Hi guys!!!

Finally I found out how this podomatic thing works. To post an episode in podomatic all you have to do is to log in in the site of podomatic. The username is graham_c2class and the password grahamc2.
Once you've logged in, you just have to click in My podcast. At the bottom of the page you can Post a new episode and if you want to see all episodes posted by the class, you click in My podcast page. Everyone can use this very same podcast and record directly in the site of podomatic, you don't need another programme for that.
It's very easy! I hope you enjoy!

i am just putting this up so that you know where to add your podomatic speaking homework. I have had a word with our techie guy, and he gave me the following advice...

you should download audacity software for free, then make your recording and save it on your computer, then download it to the podomatic sight, then save it to the blog . this way the recording should be clearer.

lets talk about dating - good experiences, bad experiences, your perfect date , places to go etc.
