Hi Graham, hi guys! So you've asked for Easter homework hordes off different things from which we could choose the one we liked the most. Well, I guess you've figured it by now; I'm going to write about 200 words about something I really enjoy doing: Spinning! Well, it all started 2 years ago when out of the blue I decided that it was about time to start having a new; let's call it, hobbie. Anyway, I began training at a local gym and a few months later, something came up; a new modality, Spinning classes and what started to be something that I was just going to give it a try soon became an addiction... Spinning is nothing else then a strenght training done in a bycicle. Basically, you have to pedall without stopping for more a less 50 minutes and while you're doing it, you have to endure several levells of strenght and speed. Since my firt "ride" I've never stopped and it's been moreover for a year and a half that I keep doing it, so if you're ever in the mood for some exercise, give it a try and who knows, you may end up like me, an addict!!!!!!!
