the job market for women in Portugal - are there equal opportunities ?
you guys are all so young, so ask your mothers. Are there equal opportunities for women in Portugal ? Do women in Portugal earn the same as men for doing the same job ? is there a glass ceiling i.e. are all the bosses men ?
Well I think that despite all efforts there still are some differences. But they are smaller without doubt. There are many women in high ranked jobs now-a-days and some have even reached the top of their carriers. And there are more and more women giving their best to show that they can do a "mens job" equaly or even better than most men. Personaly I think that's good.
