That would be the order from most improtan to less important for me.

I don’t care if people will call me yuppie, but making money is the most important thing to me as it was for that reason that I spent the last 19 years of my life studying and trying to have the best marks I could. I want to give my children more than I had in my childhood and I want to carry a comfortable life without being deprived of my little luxuries, such as travelling around the world.
However I’m not interested about being praised, exercising power or having social status, because I wasn’t born a natural leader.
Furthermore the relationship between colleagues is of the utmost importance and it goes hand in hand with the personal satisfaction you get from your job. People who get on well with the colleagues work more and better than people who feel unhappy in their workplace.
Also important from my viewpoint is learning new things and being promoted. I'm working at Wall Street Institute in part-time at the moment, but I hate repeating the same speech every 2 minutes. If you are not challenged intellectually, the work becomes dull. Personally, if I was stuck in a rut I would change job because I can’t stand repetition. Being promoted is a way of changing air and taking personal advantages at the same time.

Indeed, money is in fact a very important thing; after all, most of us have paid good money for education, so we just want to see all the money and effort we have invested paying off. Moreover no one wants to live from hand to mouth… however; I don’t think that money is the most important thing in a job.
In my opinion, the most important thing is to enjoy it. I believe that if we have a job that we hate we are fighting a losing battle. We won’t perform our tasks with the same enthusiasm and diligence and probably most of the time we’ll be in low spirits.
Having a challenging job where you have to learn new things and maybe traveling a little bit is also very important as it will stimulate you intellectually and a change of air will only do you good.
Good working conditions, excellent social environment, respect for the individual, opportunity to grow up in your career are the most significant things that a job should involve.
